The Eve of Saint Nicholas (the 5th of December) will soon be upon us. Saint Nicholas’ Eve was a big deal during the Regency Age, and it still is in some European countries (including mine). And where I come from, Saint Nicholas leaves small gifts in your shoes and boots (So, yes, this is similar to Christmas stockings…), but those shoes need to be well polished, if you don’t want Saint Nicholas to punish you…
A Wicked Winter Gift is my most recent Christmastide novella set in the Regency Age, where a bespectacled bluestocking, who loves reading Roman love verse, meets a suitably wicked earl with whom she explores the real meaning of Christmastide and of Saturnalia.
A Wicked Winter Gift will soon prerelease (part of a steamy Christmas anthology and promotion). Like all the other novellas in this steamy romance anthology, it will be free to download for one day (and one day only!). Check it out on the website and the anthology, because it will soon be here.
In the meantime, if you have not already read my free Regency Christmas novella (published as a serial on my blog), you can peruse it here. It is not really as naughty as A Wicked Winter Gift, but it does have the twelve days of Christmas in it and a lot of steamy romance to bring some heat to your winter days…
