It is a story set in twelfth-century England and it is part of my medieval series (Her Stern Husband), but it can definitely be enjoyed as a stand-alone book. My heroine is a noble lady who disguises herself as a commoner, and my hero is obviously an archer. And he actually mistakes the heroine for someone else…a woman he has the right to call his wife…
